Pineapple. Mint and Lemon, what else could peppy up your day?

I found an idea to make a simple drink after I read Caribbean and South America recipe book published by Hermes House. An easy drink and fresh as well from exotic pineapple, lemon and mint. I just put small sugar in. Would you try it in your kitchen?

All you need to do is blend 250 gr fresh pineapple, lemon – cut into two you just need half of it – and some of fresh mint leaves together and tarra! See this :

Depends in you if you prefer using juicer, but I loved to get pineapple pulp.
